Physical Fitness & Energy

Physical fitness part of our lives.

Another aspect that we often forget when we’re trying to improve ourselves is the physical fitness part of our lives.

I suspect that the reason is because we think that it’s too hard to improve physically. We have this notion that we need to lose lots of weight and gain pure muscle mass to be healthy. And doing these things are hard … so we just ignore it.

The truth is you don’t have to look like Rocky or The Terminator…. You just have to be fit enough so you can maximize your energy and do the things that you want to do.

My advice is simple, because honestly, I don’t go batsh*t crazy with my own physical fitness routine.

Every day, I just go for a walk (20-30 minutes) and stretch. I drink at least 8 glasses of water just like what the doctors said and I try not to eat any carbohydrates after 6pm.

That’s it. In this aspect of my life, I’m just getting started in making myself better so I don’t go crazy with it. I just start with those habits and then I’ll add more in the near future.

The last thing that you want to do is overwhelm yourself with impossible goals and tasks. There’s a reason why this book is structured that way. It’s because I don’t want you to get information overload. I want you to choose some ideas that you like and implement them in your life one day at a time.

I follow the same principle in almost everything I do. I start small and then I add some ideas/habits/practices as the day goes by. It’s that simple, and I’m confident that it’ll work for you too.
