Personal Hygiene

Having a clean physical appearance is already proven to help us be more confident.

Imagine being in the office and smelling like you haven’t had a nice bath in weeks. Everybody will turn away from you and you’ll be laughed at behind your back. Uhm, not a good feeling to have.

So take care of yourself. Spend a little if you must.

The basics are your hair, your face, your body, your nails, and your teeth.

Most of these should be taken care of on a daily or weekly basis.

Action Guide:

1 – Take care of your personal hygiene by doing the following:

A – Cut your hair every 3-4 weeks. Find the best haircut for your own head shape. It’s not just about how long or how short your hair is. It’s about having the right cut for the shape of your face.

B – Wash your face twice a day, preferably once in the morning and once before you sleep.

C – Use a soap that makes you smell good or use a light perfume on your body. Also, always use a deodorant no matter where you are going.

D – Cut your nails at least once a week.

E – Brush your teeth for 5 minutes 2-3 times a day. Use an electric toothbrush if you can.
